Noticed the Carrier Change AND THE FACT NO Cellphone Number was associated with the Invoice - * "Final Notice" Extortion - REPORTED STOLEN 6 November 2020 ¤ Billing Problems regarding Registered Number not indicated by Proper documentation of the Cellphone Number it is being billed to PAY FOR. FCC is allowing FRAUD. NOTE: You changed our Vet's Contact number AGAIN - by using a number that requires a battery - we removed it. p.s. The billing isn't proper.
