Who called me from this phone number (859) 333-8274

This number says it's located in Lexington KY but it's not. They keep calling to give me a better rate 'from your lenders' and I have no lenders. I've asked them several times to take me off their call list and the last time they said, "And what are you going to do if we do not -you are going to do nothing!" Rude.
