Complaints about Phone Numbers859-217-####

I received a call that said they were dealer services regarding my 2017 Nissan sentra that I no longer have, when they asked about the car, I told them I don't have it anymore and they hung up

I have been receiving calls from this number every single day at the same time. I finally answer and this person new my name and address. I asked how they got my phone number and tehy said their boss is interested in buying houses in my area. I told them my house is not for sale and not to call again. I bet they call again anyway. No one stops these calls. It should be illegal to call people's houses every day several times a day after you've told them to stop.
