Called me twice pretending to be the county of San Diego for EBT
Scam
Got a call from this number and left a voicemail to call back to a different number, I looked up the number she left and the number was connected to County of San Diego (8662629881). It is the CA benefits number. I talked to the guy and he said they aren't allowed to give personal info (which is why it may seem suspicious) so just make sure you look into it before you ignore or decide to call back. I needed to upload a few documents so good thing I didn't ignore it.
This phone number is real and not a scam. It's from the County of San Diego and they called me regarding my application for Medi-Cal, if you try calling them back, you get an automated message for the County of San Diego.

called 4 times in a row left voicemail saying what the first post said
Suspicious call because woman wouldn’t say which company or agency she works with. Only said she’s with county of San Diego. She wanted to verify my date of birth which I would not answer because caller wouldn’t identify herself. She said verification would be mailed to me. I never gave her any info so where or what she’s mailing is puzzling.
Got a call I asked who are they, they only tell me if I give my SS or BD which I refused
Said they were from county of San Diego and wanted date of birth which I refused.
