Who called me from this phone number (858) 757-7343

Whoever just called was a huge *ick claimed he was from a collection agency but needed my personal info (which I wouldn't give him) before he could tell me what the call was for. Hilarious, I hung up on them and blocked them. I still can't get over how rude the man was.
