Who called me from this phone number (858) 345-5042

They claim to be working for the stimulus program for the government. They already knew my name and wanted to know if I would like to have 1000 dollars a month for home repairs. Wanted to know if I was on Medicare or medicade and as soon as I said no they hung up. I would not trust these people for anything. There caller ID said Del Mar CA so beware since there is nothing at all to protect us from scammers because our government would rather waste billions of our money fighting among themselves. Maybe our government is who we really need protected from.
