I also received a call (no message) at 12:16 EST. I guess the California caller just got to work ? (9:16 PST). I guess that they cannot be fined by the Do not Call list if they don't leave a message? Is that how it works? I get around 15-20 calls like this a day from Central & Pacific time zones. Never a message. Can barely use my phone.
