My late Mother was scammed out of money under the pretense of selling her an extended auto warranty and sold her its most expensive plan. This company's plan was not accepted by her dealership. She has been deceased for three years, and they still call for her to renew her plan. I have asked several times for my phone number to be taken off their database, and they never do. This phone number is in my name, and it was never issued to her, yet I tell them that she passed away and to not call my phone ever again. This company's sales people are very rude and will not allow me to say anything unless I talk as they talk. They will not shut up. They need to be shut down and to be jailed for targeting the elderly!

This company has called me from many different numbers. They say my warranty is out of date and I need to renew. I tell them I have a brand new 2017 Toyota that I have had for 3 months with a 6 year warranty on it. Then they start talking over me. I tell them to take me off the list, they keep talking. They will not shut up. I block the number, then in a few days, they call from a new number. If you listen to their pitch, they tell you what a great deal they have for you...BUT...you cannot call them back with an answer. You HAVE to tell them right then and there or the offer will expire the minute you hang up. I actually got one of them to stay on the phone will I got Toyota on the phone 3 way and asked them about my warranty. When Toyota asked him who he was and what company he worked for...he hung up!! I'm so tired of getting phony phone calls.
