Who called me from this phone number (857) 238-4910

Called and hung up, might have recorded my voice... of course was waiting for a doctors call today and answered when I usually don't so they probably got it. Makes me kinda mad... scam. Or my doctors office is stupid and can't speak when people answer the phone but I can't find any connection between my Dr and this phone number. So I say scam.
