857.216.6808 is a safe number. It's Youmail's number that forwards spam callers so they don't ring through to your cell phone based on your YouMail settings. It shows up on my ATT call log with the number and FWD as the type of call. When I cross check it against calls on my Youmail app, that's what it is.
I started having a problem where callers couldn't leave voicemail messages; the system said my mailbox was full, although there were no messages in it. AT&T tech support found that my calls were being forwarded to this number and I don't know how that happened. The rep had me go under call settings/supplementary services/call forwarding and I could see that my calls were forwarded to this number.
Someone in your household had them forwarded I'm going through the exact same thing It was my ex husbands att account but he started having my calls forwarded to this number . Then he would go back if he missed any and listen to the voice mail
