Received a phone call from "James" saying he was an investor and interested in our vacation home in NJ. He had the correct address. I told him I wasn't interested in speaking with him and to not call us again.
Same BS with me.called this morning Called about a friend from Jersey with a bogus claim about being interested in properties.
Be careful people, especially seniors! Just received a call from "potential spam" he said his name is "Peter" asking about my parents property which he gave me the street address!!! He said he's an investor from J&A Homes and gave me his # 856-942-1891. no idea how he got my number being that I live in a different state than my parents

"Charlie" wanted to know if I was selling property he listed a street address that had the right street number for my mom's house but the wrong street name no idea how he found me as I live in California and have a phone number from Washington state.
