Who called me from this phone number (856) 479-9549

I keep getting these robocallers that won't stop calling my cell number and house number so how can we stop these jerks from doing this to others as well bc I am sick of it and they run my phone minutes up where I have to constantly add more money to it? Is everyone else having the same problem with this and what are you doing about it please give some advice on it, thanks everyone if you can help me stop them!
