Navient and Sallie Mae are relentless. I have private student loans and they purposely fumble and incorrectly process my payments so I can pay them additional late fees. And I am called as early as 8am to 10:30pm 7 days a week and am called a minimum of 5 times a day. Even if a payment is done correctly and I hold their hand the entire time through the process they purposely commit fraud and never face consequences for it. They are an absolute nightmare. I have visual, digital, and audio recorded proof to back this complaint and will happily send it to whoever can get these pricks to release my loans elsewhere to a more legally responsible provider.
