Who called me from this phone number (855) 929-3859

Got a call from this number, no message left on my answering machine. I am on the state and federal no call list. I consider this suspicious if the caller does not wish to be recorded. based on the above ftc report it is home improvement and cleaning? I googled the area code and google says it is a toll free exchange for CAMBODIA. I therefore call this a scam especially if it was reported to the FTC in june 2021.
