Ridiculous .They are not a law firms.Law Firms must be registered and must send all correspones and demands in mail Said I would be arrested if I didnt pay a credit card I never have . Report these Frauds

Harassing calls one after another.....stating they have a warrant with a pick up...using an old name I had...with my number which is unlisted and not out there....saying they are from Braufman and Leibman law firm...when I called back to harass me some more....

Stating as an attorney office and needed to have payment today or they would take me to court. Then the lady got so rude when I said I’d have to research and then call back.

I called this number back cause they was being obsessive with their calls and messages on my cell phone , I have been cleaning up my credit for a while now and I knew it was bull, they was claiming I had a 1500.00 credit card outstanding balance and they claimed to be an attorney's office they told me if I didn't pay this right then over the phone 2 uniform officers from the sheriff's department will be at my house next week to arrest me on felony theft and if I paid 1000 right then that I would save myself the embracement and it wouldn't be on my record, So I started asking questions about the card and when all they could tell me was the year 2011 well that wasn't good enough and they started to get really agitated, I said I'm calling bull crap because I never had a card in 2011 and if they could fax me the papers that I would gladly let my attorney call them with any info he finds out and boy they got nasty was being extremely hateful said I was being uncooperative and they would just send the sheriff out I said that's fine but I'm not send them money in any fashion because of all the fraudulent scam he guaranteed this wasn't one of those and I said ok Monday I will give my attorney this # and he will be in touch and he said good luck with that and hung up on me!! I'm an Oklahoma girl UM NO so I called back a lady answers and I told her how hateful the man was before and she starts with the threats and claims she is an attorney and this is a felony and I will be arrested I said all I'm asking for a documents of this account your claiming I have she says it confidential that she can she is very hateful as well I told her I would have my attorney to call this number on Monday and she said that's fine you well be arrested and a felony on your record and she hangs up, im like are you kidding me! I called them back again got the guy again I said man you guys are the most hateful people that are suppose to be professionals I have ever talk to he's says she was being hateful yeah as bad as bad as you are he said so are you going to corporate I said not by giving someone money I have no idea what they are talking about over the phone if you want to clarify this with my attorney and it legit yes I will take care of it . he said have a nice life and hung up on me again!!! so I might wait till 2-3 am and call and argue some more.

They call my cell phone and work number up to twice a day, everyday.

the said thy called to collect debt i was going to go to court thy called themsefves Braufman Leighman & assciociats thy even had me sign on docusign.com evryting looks like i might have to go to my bank get this cancled some how so i don't loose money hope this helps don't beleiv them like i did. didn' t loose money yet going stop them before i do. I also calling the hsbc company about them as well they ones thy said they were collecting for.

This is a recording saying that my name and social came up in a legal matter and I must call them. I have received this call multiple times over the last few months but have received nothing in the mail.

My caller ID said AT&T Fraud Alert so I didn't answer. They left a message saying there was an urgent legal matter with my name and SSN. It's definitely a scam!

Got calls from this number twice earlier today and finally answered it tonight. She sounded African, and said she was calling for theft of the county. Said that I owed 1200 on a MasterCard from 2013. Said they would settle out of court for 350. They knew my DOB and the towns I lived in. I asked how can unsecured credit card debt be a county theft. She couldn’t answer! Then she said I needed to pay it or I would have to show up in court. I told her I would see her in court and I really hoped it was with Judge Judy. She didn’t find that amusing. They are a scam service or a 3rd tier debt collector who buys old debt for pennies on the dollar and uses scare tactics to collect. DO NOT PAY THEM EVER!

said they were from a law firm laughman leeman and associates it was arecorded call name right but I have no outstanding bills

Did not call back. They left message like all the other complaints. They were from a law office and needed to hear from me or my attorney about a legal matter. Someone sue these jokers! Posing as an attorney to collect a debt is against the Fair Debt Collection Act. Document every time they call. Worth $1,000.00 for each!
