I received a call from "Jerry" at AT&T, 855-889-4977. He offered a new promotional discount on my phone bill. It was not a specific discount, just a discount forever while with AT&T off my whole bill. However, the initial month would require a subscription amount of about $270.00. Then approx $60.00 off per month thereafter with no other fees. After I hung up, I called AT&T and they told me they never call people at home to offer promos; and that it was most likely a scammer.
