Complaints about Phone Numbers855-886-####

I got email with no recipient address address asking me to call this number if I wanted to cancel an automatic renewal for $199 with Microsoft Office which I do not have. I did not call as it sounds like spam.

The number calls up to 4 times a day and no one is on the line. It just calls and when I answer the line is dead. I wish they would stop calling.
