J&M Mediation - Received a call from Anthony. He left a message that they were serving me a court subpoena at my home between 2-4 today. If they can't reach me there, they'll come to my place of employment. Long story short, it's a scam. I know this because this was attempted in 2016 using same dates, same threat, different loan company. I called the company directly and verified I don't owe them. The date coincides with a possible attempt to steal my identity and I wanted to be sure. They asked for the company that called me and have never dealt with them. Riverbend Cash is the company. They agreed this is an attempt to scam me.
