Internet confirmed robocall, especially working NV and TX. Heard muffled voices in background during v-mail that lasted .06 seconds. Just enough to make you call back. (I didn’t.) Call used North American Numbering Plan given to North American Countries incl. Caribbean. 36 FCC/FAA Complaints.
