Who called me from this phone number (855) 860-9525

He calls from a local area code exchange pretending to be a law firm looking to collect a debt from me. This is the second time he's called, both times has reached out to my brother thru his cell even after giving him my personal information the first time. I requested a letter from "their office" at my home address on June 23, 2020 when he first tried to contact me. Upon calling my brother back today, again after having my information, and me claiming I know he's the same person answering all extensions I am switched to, he denies being a FRAUD.
