Who called me from this phone number (855) 778-1177

Got a call from 501-430-4492 and they left a message saying they are from WellCare Medicare Advantage plan and they needed me to call 855-778-1177 because Medicare requires me to do a survey and give them information about my medical record and other information. When I called back the number two different days the only answer was can't answer the phone right now. So I called Medicare Advantage plan and let them know what was happening and they said those two numbers were not associated with Medicare Advantage plan or WellCare. This is definitely a big scam. It is also the same number used for the IRS scam.
