Says its Aetna calling for me by name with important info on my pharmacy benefits. Then wants me to confirm name and zip then it hangs up. I called back several time and gave different answers It kept hanging up Well actually it would say Call Failed.
Robocall from Aetna regarding my wife's pharmacy benefits and to leave 10-digit number where message was left at (home phone). Not an Aetna number and they tried it with me several weeks ago.
CALLS AND SAYS THAT THEY ARE FROM AETNA CHECKING ON PRECRIPTION BENEFITS. THEY CLEARLY ARE NOT FROM AETNA AND ARE UP TO SOMETHING QUESTIONABLE.

Received a call saying it is from Aetna and calling about my pharmacy benefits. Wants you to confirm your identity by saying yes or no and zip code. Says your medication is due to be refilled and will you refill it soon.
Says it's Aetna - but it isn't
Aetna confirms that it is not their number, nor would they leave a message asking for a callback + key in the number I'm calling from, as the message requests.

I constantly get calls from this number, claiming to be from the Aetna Pharmacy, and that I have an important message. If I log onto the Aetna Web site there are no messages there. I have called Aetna Customer Service and been assured that they don't need any information from me. I gave them the scammers number, and was told that it was not a phone number that belonged to Aetna. I have blocked the number from my phone.
