Vanguard provides Emergency Housing Inspection services to the affected area where FEMA is deployed. The 855 phone number is the “Inspector Help Line andis used by Vanguard to broadcast important information to all inspectors on the field. If you are receiving a call from them is either someone in your residence work (or used to work) for them or maybe caused by a legitimate mistake (typo) in one of the inspector phone number. You can call back that number and select option 3 for “accounting†and ask to be removed.
