I got a call from 855-744-0685, that went to voice mail from a live person saying: "Yea, yes um, this is Jeff Charles, Tracy (my correct first name), and my office has recieved a claim involving S******B******* (correct family members name) and I need you to call me as soon as possible to discuss this claim" - then gave the number as written above. However, I have a large family, and thinking this was a scam of sorts, I texted family members only to find out they were also contacted, same day, same details except switching names around cleverly to make it sound legit. None of us have or need 'foundation' problems nor any remodeling needs. I WANT to know how they knew every single family member!! We are private people and careful when filling out job applications!! This IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND FRAUD!!
