I did not answer, but all reviews I have seen are that it is Simplisafe. Immediately after this call was one from 602-253-1191 listed as Maricopa County Fire Department (Phoenix). I live in Kansas.
The number is for the monitoring center for Simply safe home security. They call you to see if you have an emergency if your alarm system is triggered
