Who called me from this phone number (855) 652-2458

I got a call/voice-message (possibly robo-call) saying "...we are offering a 25% off on roofing..." call 855-652-2458 if interested. I called and got a recording saying "you have reached your local energy upgrade specialist" (or something like that) and I hung up. I live in Los Angeles.
