This person, kera, called saying she was calling on behalf of my insurance ,Aetna Medicare, to update information. Immediately she wanted my birthdate and zip code as verification if I was truly who she was calling. I told her Aetna’s number didn’t come up on my ID and I wasn’t comfortable talking to her and hung up.
