Got a message from Philip Graham, had the last 4 of a ssn and my name, said he had been contracted to come to my home or work to get a signature on legal papers within the next 24 hours. Failure to sign would result in a refusal. Asked me or legal council to call another number. Obvious scam.
Phillip called from 855-634-3963 & sd he would be at my house or work to serve me papers. He had last 4 of ss and left 877-550-3713 as a call back number. It's like the 4th time I've received a call like this. I don't have any cases, so what can be done besides blocking? Can't these scammers be caught and some form of charges placed?

Got a call from a man named Phillip, telling me he was hired to serve me at my place of residence or place of employment. I have never heard of the law firm that supposedly hired him. He definitely has not come to my home because we have cameras. Definitely a scare tactic. Should be illegal
Received a call from this number 855-634-3963 today, they knew my first name, and told me they would be serving me papers. They wanted me to verify my date of birth. I told the guy on the phone I wasn't verifying anything since I didn't know who he was or what organization he was with. He then proceeded to tell me that they would come by my address to serve me papers. Knowing that's not how these things work, I just said yeah, ok and hung up. I attempted to call the phone number back and got a recording stating that the number was not in service. Pretty sure some of my information was leaked on some site and they were fishing for me to give them what they didn't already have, be careful people....
Called and left message saying they were coming to my house to serve me. Lmao. They knew addy but I am sure I will see no one.
Message left asking for attorney information but nothing else made sense after that. Since we’ve never had legalities against us we knew it was a scam. Sad.
A message was left from Phillip from this number saying they were working with the local county office to deliver court papers. It wasnt to the correct address or using the right county court. I have no idea whats going on but i'm not calling them back. Seemed very suspicious.
someone just called me stating they were trying to service me 1 855 634 3963 and a case number 25315 stating they trying to service me but they will place it on hold, they asked me to confirm my last four etc
I got a call from Sean at this number saying they have been trying to reach me at my home residence. No mail or any correspondence has come to my home. They say I need to contact them back with my attorney information or settle the multiple complaints against me. This is funny cause I know when I have complaints against me. People, Be ware! these scam artist are trying to catch people on the spot to use the scare tactic in getting peoples information.
I received a call from unknown number about social security and legal proceedings. They left a message to call 855-634-3963. It kind a scared me but my husband was like it’s a scam
Anglea Smith called from a Legal Department stating my social security number had complaints filed against it. Her number is 855-634-3963. Claimed correspondence has been sent to my home numerous times; however, I have not received anything. I have no idea who these people are. Sounds like a scam.

I got a call first from a blocked number, and he left a voicemail. Then a few minutes later I got a call from 855-634-3963. He stated his name as Phillip Graham from Pierce County department of legal services. The first voicemail did not say Pierce County, he just said legal services. He said he would be out to my home tomorrow as he needed to get a signature in the next 24 hours. I told him to mail me whatever I needed to see and he said he could not do that. I have no pending debt or “cases” ! It’s a scam! The phone number to call back that he left on one of my voicemails was 833-669-1565. Stay safe all!
