Auto insurance scam

I have gotten 3 calls this week from this number. They are saying that I have an account with them and it has been all over the place and they are the last chance I have to clear this up. Told them I have file Bankruptcy and done it over 3 years age. They tell me that this account was open in 2010 and was active until 2015. I asked why it took 5 years to get in touch with me then they want to verify my email address and that my lawyer didn't do a good job for me. Told him I was at work and to call me back in about 2 hours he said he will be getting off work in 30 minutes. He said if he calls me back that would be harassment then tells me to call another number and he can finish helping me with matter. All he is doing is telling a lie. If I owe you, you should have all my information when you called me.

will call me twice on both my cell and land line at the same time telling me they are from microsoft and I owe the $299.99 and unless I pay them my service will be cut off. I get these calls all day long on both my cell and land at the same time! I will either hanging up or removing the 2 messages from one phone when it's coming in on the other phone.
