Who called me from this phone number (855) 585-5624

I’m getting calls and hang up from this number 4-5 times a day. I’m asked them to quit...but they don’t...I even tell them I’m on do not call list but it doesn’t stop them. It is a rude female with Asian accent. Help.. what can I do??? She says it’s health care.
