Calling my daughter and ex saying they are from Atty Mike Kelley's office. Became baligerent when asked what they were calling about and threatened jail if they didnt get a call back by 2pm. TOTAL SCAM!
A woman saying to get in touch with a lawyer about a letter of settlement mail a while ago. She left a message in English and Spanish. Totally a scam.
This young lady stating that she was a debt collector from Michael Kelly’s office and she needed to settle a debt as I responded with that I filed bankruptcy she then got very angry and started to yell at me! I asked to talk to her manager she stated she was the manager and that she had nothing further to talk to me about! I responded with that I wanted information on what account she had and why she was calling me she went on about how I shouldn’t be worried bec I screwed up my credit for 10 years! I asked again to speak with a manager and she hung up.

Got a voicemail from a "Heidi" female voice saying its from attorney office of Michael Kelly urging me to call back to speak to attorney or paralegal. I realized it was a scam because named asked for in voice mail was not mine. Still freaked me out. My family reassured me there's nothing a goody two shoes like me would be in trouble for. Looked up this number and saw other people had same call. This reassured me.
Same here - my husband was contacted on behalf of attorney Mike Kelly and threatened with immediate legal action about a credit card that was paid off in 201
complete scam. Are now calling work numbers to scam employees.
Some guy called my cell looking for my husband. Said he had a court order and judgment against him and he needed to speak to mike kelly right away. Said my husband owed over $1,000 on some national bank credit card opened more than 15 years ago. The judge was going to freeze our assets if we didn’t pay them. I told them I was going to report them to the police and FTC.
Robocall to do-not-call number, when system confirmed I was on the line, a recorded message was played followed by recording.
Called 4x in a row when I called back it went to a voicemail extension.

Called several times from (855) 540-0250. BS call from office of Attorney Mike Kelly and woman who answered my return call to get to the bottom of it was RUDE. Said I was sent paperwork in the mail which I did not. Told them I was not that person and the last 4 SSN they quoted was not mine. They call again about a month later. Wash, rinse, repeat.
