This number was supposed to be microsoft technical support. An alert flashed on my lap top that the laptop had been hacked by a pornographic site and to call microsoft tech immediately to resolve the problem. I could not use the laptop because the alert would not shut down. I gave what I thought was microsoft access to my laptop and he showed me a list of my passwords and my ss #!! When he tried to charge me $199.99 to fix the problem I knew this was a scam. I hung up and turned off my laptop but I am worried about giving him that access.
