Who called me from this phone number (855) 488-8750

Woman called saying she was a representative from labcorp. Stating my insurance company was asking for prior authorization on a procedure that was already approved. Asking for all of my personal info. I hung up. Checked with insurance and labcorp. Neither knows anything about the call. Test was authorized months ago.
