Same here. I even blocked the number and they still get through.

I got a call from "BCA Financial Services" regarding a "private matter" involving my daughter. I asked if they were a collection agency, and I was told they could not reveal that information because it was a private matter. Seeing as how my daughter is only 8 years old, I would assume any private matter involving her can be disclosed to me, but they would not release any information. They wanted her birthdate and the last 4 digits of her SSN. I told them without additional information, I could not confirm anything and hung up.
They are harassers called 7 times. Hang up, no answer again
