Who called me from this phone number (855) 424-2091

I've been getting calls and messages from this number and he said his name is Wayne Phillips 1-855-424-2091 ext 206 saying I owe something and he's is going to submit paper to my home or work place and have the law to deliver the paperwork for to go to court and I don't know what to do they called from another number a few days ago trying to make me pay 2,000.00 dollars or agree to the terms to just to give them my bank card number to pay $450,00 or pay in three payments of $150.00 from my account it's so much frued and un honest people till you don't really know what to do
