Who called me from this phone number (855) 333-6432

This is not a spam company. This is a legit company. Just because you don’t like the calls that doesn’t make it a scam. I’m an insurance agent at this company. Most of our plans are ZERO dollars. Nobody is asking you guys for any money. We are paid to help seniors get good Medicare plans.

Got connected with "Sean" after receiving various spoofing calls and being trasnferred to him. He gave me the number 8553336432 Extension 3263 to call him back. Asked for my Medicare Card number. Illegal spoofing. Says his HQ address is 303 E Wacker Dr, Chicago, Illinois. This call is illegal and a scam. Said he works for: "Health Works" "MedicareWorks"

I received a call from Wellcare. I did not enroll with this company, until I received a card in the mail. I have cancelled with them. I am a state retiree; so I called my health provide and they said my ins was waived. This is fraud because I did not agree to sign on with them

This is a Medicare help caller. The caller talked to my wife about a part C plan and then had her call him back in order to sign her up for a plan. The request to send the plan information so that it could be looked over before signing up was put to her as follows -- we can not send you the information without you first applying for the plan. This is unethical and illegal. This is a form of forced sales.

Called claiming to be from Medicare Works and said they had talked to me 3 previous times about getting Medicare Advantage benefits even though they said they were calling a different name. I have NEVER talked to them and do not appreciate them getting ugly when I said I had not talked to them. I am also on a do not call list and I thought companies were not supposed to reach out to you during open enrollment
