Complaints about Phone Numbers855-332-####

Got a vm message from 855-332-9470 and stated they are from a debt collector

Unknown on caller id, calls several times per day but never leaves a message. I'm on the no call list so it's either spam or a scam!

Spectrum. Repeatedly calls in violation of "do not call".
