Received call from 855 328 9122 and I didn't answer. If you don't leave a message then you're a spammer since the only debt I have are school loans and the Dept. of Education would leave a message. Also, this not a local area code for Ohio, so more likely spam. If it truly is an offer of some type then why don't they leave a message? Honestly, think it's spam.
