Who called me from this phone number (855) 322-3038

I suspect this was a scam. It purported to come from Columbia U. asking target to take a survey about Covid-19 impact in New York City. But I received the call at a number that is *not* in NYC, on or about February 24. it offered a $10 reward so it may have been targeting account information.
