Complaints about Phone Numbers855-300-####

Received call from 855-300-1184. No one responded when I said hello a few times but could hear noise in background. Possible robocall; heard a lady saying to another lady "I need to get back to work" , she picked up phone and hung up.

Disabled hard of hearing senior here. Call was extremely stressful, took hours to make out that it wasn't for me. I'm on the Do Not Call list.

pre-recorded message in russian offering cell phone service from the company named "allvoi wireless" https://allvoiwireless.com

Calls at least once a day - no message - toll free number for over a week. I am on the do not call list supposedly. Very annoying.
