I too have been getting this same text message. I have an online business with this phone listed, so I’m assuming this is where they got the phone number.

It is keep sending message . Where should I complain?
Totally random and unsolicited text message from Circle K, they are legit, but way out of the law sending unsolicited marketing calls. There is a class action suit to have them stop. Not sure where they are buying numbers from, but clearly using an autodialer to reach out to potential customers. The number does connect to customer service and they will take you off the list, but outside the law to be doing this in the first place.
Just received two text messages, back-to-back, both stating 'Circle K: Reply "YES" to Sign Up and receive special offers via txt message. Msg & Data rates may apply. Txt "STOP" to Opt-Out. 855-276-1947' Another comment mentions it's just alert you for rewards if you've enrolled and they're a reputable gas company. While that may be the case I've never been to one, never plan on going to one, and there's no reason they should have my number nor would I have ever willingly shared it with them. Number has been blocked.
SCAM phony text message claiming to be from "Circle K"
Same message that others had but used Spy Dialer which calls so that you can hear their message when it calls and gave a message in English and possibly German. I have had this number for over 20 years and have never been to or called a Circle K. Number has been blocked
Virginia resident, I think im getting this because my phone number use to belong to a smoker. Not responding to them.
I haven't been to Circle K sense the 90s, how do they have my number?
