Who called me from this phone number (855) 268-5403

First they hacked my computer, a couple of days later I got the phone call from this number.

"Microsoft help desk". Person has a very heavy Indian accent. I answered their call in German, they hung up

Its a scam. They call from the "Windows help desk" and claim they want to help with fixing the computer. They do not work for Microsoft and they have a very strong foreign accent, maybe from India.
