Who called me from this phone number (855) 234-0388

I was told i took out a loan a few years ago. Called the bank they said was provided & the place they said i took out a loan from. Neither one of the places have any information under my name or ssi. I'm assuming they are fraud & couldn't get me to pay. So they took a different route
