Called to say I didn't return Xfinity equip, which I did. I called back and each time I told "Shawn" I had returned it - I was disconnected (or "Shawn" hung up). SO maybe scam? Targeting those who haven't returned stuff? Blocked call.
It says i didn't return my Comcast cable equipment - and yet i got an email from Comcast the day I returned the box LAST YEAR! - but now they're suddenly calling me to say they never got it.

This is a Robo Call from Xfinity about returning equipment. No matter how many times you tell them you are binging the items back they keep calling. I'm about to block them b/c I am already dealing with a rep about my situation. OVERPRICED CABLE AND A TOTAL NUISANCE
