Received a call on May 13 2019 from "Cheryl" claiming to be from Techno... (unintelligible) telling me my Hotmail account was compromised and asking me to call 855-216-4888 to put a block on my account. Didn't phone back.

Very heavy-accented female (non-western) voice identifying self by an American-sounding name speaking rapidly and saying something about being from the company who had "worked on" my computer (in fact I was able to stop payment the second of two times it had been "worked on" over the phone but am still out some $360 from the first time in 2017...before learning the "firewall" they "installed" had come as standard programming) saying when was last time I had used my email on my computer saying I think the usual about suspicious activity they "detected" (...who are "they"-?) She never used any name besides her own very common-sounding which definitely did not sound anything like Fatima or Indira. (I didn't listen to all of it but neither did I hang up, as I wanted to know anything else they might try and use to make me fall for that again). After about 30 seconds she hung up.
