Who called me from this phone number (855) 213-6769

I too recieved a call from Rebecca Johnson stating I have 2 complaints again me. This # just rings busy. Wouldn't have even called it, but I got a call today from my nephew who lives in another starting they are now calling him. I've tried to get name of company and location about 3 weeks ago. They will give no information about who they are or representing

I, along with other family members, have been getting the "attempt to send a fax" voicemails from this number for a while. They are Midland Credit Management - a 3rd party debt collection agency. We have never received an attempt to collect a debt from them so they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by not sending us a certified letter of an "Attempt to Collect a Debt" and I can legally sue them if I was so inclined. I am sending them a Cease and Desist communications letter so they will not legally be able to contact me or anyone else in regards to this erroneous debt. I had to call them at 877-420-0039 to get the account number. NEVER admit to a collector that you owe a debt! In this case, the debt they were calling about was for something I was totally unfamiliar with and even if I had known about it I asked him how old the debt was and sure enough, the statute of limitations passed so they can't legally come after us for it even if it was legit. If they keep bugging you send or fax them a Cease Communications letter (you can get one online). If you call to get your account # make sure you DO NOT admit to the debt. You can also tell them over the phone at 877-420-0039 to place your number on a do not call list. I just like having paper evidence so a certified letter is going out today. I hope this helps.

Received a call from Rebecca Johnson who’s stated I owe Capital One $64k! She reeled off my SS & address.

Got a call from unknown number ...voicemail leaves this number. Says a document is waiting for me.

Numerous calls from this number leaving this message: "I have a fax order delivery schedule for [name omitted, wrong party anyway], LX22825. We have made several attempts to reach you. We will make one final attempt to reach you at your place of employment or residence regarding proper delivery of your documents to schedule an alternate location. Please call 1-855-213-6769. Again, 1-855-213-6769 regarding this matter." Judging by the number of calls, they evidently don't understand the true meaning of "final"! A call back to this number is answered "Tri-Star". A web search for that name turns up another number "1-855-203-7186" using the name "Tri-Star Processing" and the same scam technique.

I have no clue who they are but they left a message asking for my brother and for me to send them documents.

I have received a call from this number (855-213-6769) several times. Each time they are leaving a message for my brother. We have never shared a home with the home phone number they are calling. I tried calling back from my work landline and the mailbox was full.

I got a call to call Rebecca Johnson back because she needed to fax me documents or come to my employment which I'm not working or my home to serve the documents. When I told them I will get my lawyer to contact them, they just said to me just have my lawyer come to court with me.

Keep getting calls from this number for Joseph Lucida but the number they are calling is a government issued phone that has always been assign to me, a female not named Joseph. Typically, I can't call back as I get the messages after business hours, but today I caught them around noon. The first women, Teresa or something, answered twice, was extremely rude and hung up on me. Well, I had a little time today to I continued to call back again and again and again (give them a taste of their own medicine) and once someone finally answered, I requested to speak to a supervisor. My call was transferred.... to another man complaining that they won't take his number off the calling list. We talked and laughed about the whole things and then ended the call. I called back again and finally reached a women that WASN'T rude, believe it or not! She explained that they are a company that works for attorneys regarding debt collection and civil suits. I explained that my number was issued by my local government job and she was happy to pull up the case by the number and remove the incorrect number. I have learned today, be persistent - even if you don't get the number removed , at least we can bug the shit out of them for a while.

Don't know a "Rebecca Johnson" but I keep getting messages from this robot call. Each time they will make "one final attempt to reach somebody else." Don't know how they got my number but this is INSANE!!!

Got a call from 855-213-6769. Have been getting them so decided to play their game. Called and someone answered like they just woke up. I said what's goin' on. They said "nuthin" whats goin on wich you" I said you suck. She said my Mother sucked. I gave an alternate location which was the local sheriff office. They hung up. Don't take their crap. Also tell all your friends and family about them. Turn them in the state Attorney General office too. Good luck.

How do we get these people to stop calling? Claim to be Tri-Star working a for "group" of attorney's" final attempt to contact unknown person

I have been getting phone calls from Whoever these people are asking for my husband that has been dead for 9 years. Something about a fax to him. Somebody named Rebecca Johnson. they keep saying this is the last call will make one final attempt to call but they keep calling. VERY ANNOYING. How Come these people can HARASS People and get away with it. I don't understand that. DOES ANYONE EVER READ THESE MESSAGES THAT CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS KIND OF THING?????????????????

Just received a call from a restricted phone number. Voicemail received said her name was "Rebecca Johnson" and they were trying to reach someone (not me) to send documents. Caller did not state what company it was. Or what kind of documents. Number left on voicemail was 1-855-213-6769.

Claim they are serving papers to employment or resident.

They've used 5 different numbers along with "unknown & unavailable". I file complaints with Do Not Call registry every time they leave a message! Numbers are blocked but they still get voicemail?! Can access to voicemail be fixed somehow?

They called and said I have a fax document with my maiden name. They also said to call back or they would come to my employment.

something about a fax delivery looking for my ex-wife, looking for a place to meet her. Debt collector, bail and bonds men or something like that. They are trying to be sneaky.

It is a recovery person being sneaky and lying. This person asked for someone with the same first name as me, but different last name. Then proceeded to act as though I was the emergency contact person for this same named person. Its BS.

I also received a call at 12:00 pm today. And it was someone fishing for information. Very strange. Possibly a sneaky scumbag bill collection agency or a complete scam.
