Got a call saying she was calling from Aetna insurance asking to speak to my husband. I told her I was his care giver and she could speak with me. She said she had no record on file giving permission to speak to me. I told her we had been with this company for several years and it should be on file and that she could not speak with him. She hung on up me. I then called Aetna to verify that I am on file and was told yes that anyone calling about anything related to his insurance, they were to talk with me. It was just as I suspected it was a scam call. Something needs to be done about these people!
