Who called me from this phone number (847) 457-1689

847-457-1689 "Google Listing" robo call has called my work place 3 times today and there's still an hour left in my work day! When I go to call the number back? This # is not in service. Ya, Ok. Then how did it call me? So tired of these jerks wasting my time.
