Scam. I think as they ask a quick question off the bat designed to get a "yes" response (can you hear me) then they record that and someone else will call back with that claiming you have agreed to some scam contract and try to get money out of you.

At least 12 consumers from Illinois reported phone number 847-448-1566 to the Federal Trade Commission. 50% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on June 18, 2018.
