Called to verify employment for a past employee, super thick INdiam accent. Noted to be a scammer right away.
I received a text, shortly followed up by a phone call on 10/28/2022 from Mahi, from Apidel staffing regarding a job opportunity. This person was offering a job in Tempe, AZ and provided a contact number (847)305-1817 and email: mahi.p@apideltech.com. I immediately blocked the caller. It is interesting to me that this caller did not leave a recorded message. Highly suspicious call and text!
Received a call from this number to verify a former employee. They left a message. I returned the call, and gave them the information that they needed. This is an employment background check service. Since I'm in the HR department I've had to respond to many of these from different companies. This one isn't any different.
Asked me to verify employment. Very heavy accent, knew my name and other personal information. I hung up. I HATE SCAM CALLS!!
Said they were the skin care company and they missed a call from me which I never made.
SCAM!!!! Asked me to verify employment for a person I didn't know. They knew my number, my email, my name and me Realtor company I work with. Very thick accent and not from America. Asked for me to verify his employment as well as my last 4 social and HR number. Realtor's don't use HR companies, we are self employed. I told her she was out of her ** mind and to don't call me again. I HATE SCAMMERS!!!
they said they had missed call from me bull...i didnot call them they called at 9:30 pm!!
Said was calling to verify receipt of email to verify employment. Had my name and correct email and name of former employee
